Desmond & The Tutus

It’s weird how I have assimilated into South Africa as a student. I am getting back to doing things I do at home and life is returning to normal. Such activities that keep me busy include seeing movies, going to cultural events, the theater, bands, school work, vineyards and wineries and traveling.

I recently went to see a band at a local pub called Desmond & The Tutus. They were fun and I enjoyed their sound. They play something like pop-punk-rock and dance around. They were fun and really got the crowd going. I thoroughly enjoyed them and can’t wait to introduce them back home! Here are some pics of the gang and I at the concert.
